Hi, my name is Billy, I'm a 22 year old game developer from England. I would describe myself as someone who is unable to rest. I'm always seeking bigger and better things, and that helps me rapidly improve my skills. This drive brought me from my first simple text-based adventure game in Python to a fully-released commercial title on Steam, hopefully with many more to come. One of my goals now is to work with other developers to learn new things and create bigger games. I am also a Guitar player (you might've noticed), I love playing songs by Tommy Emmanuel and Molly Tuttle.
My submission to the 2023 GMTK game jam. The theme was 'Roles Reversed' which led me to makig a dungeon crawler where the functions of enemies kept swapping as you played. Chests become enemies, coins become bombs and you have to react and strategise on the fly.
My first published game. Walls that Watch is a terrifying and brutally challenging retro-style horror game about avoiding monsters using a radar device which displays their location.
Bespoke ocean component for URP. This project makes heavy use of compute shaders and low-level tools. Features include: - FFT waves - Caustics - Godrays - SDF cutouts
