Hi, I’m Roshin Abraham, a Growth & Marketing Analytics Leader operating at the intersection of revenue strategy and data science. I’ve spent the last 9+ years working in growth and digital marketing, helping both B2B and D2C businesses scale in a way that actually makes commercial sense. My background is heavily rooted in SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion optimisation — but over time, my focus naturally shifted toward something bigger: understanding the numbers behind the growth. Across the roles I’ve held, I’ve contributed to generating over $10M in organic revenue and consistently delivered 3x ROAS on paid campaigns. But what matters more to me isn’t just the outcome behind any approach — it’s understanding why something works and how to make it predictable. This curiosity is what led me to do my MSc in Data Science at the University of Sheffield. Now I can combine my hands-on marketing experience with predictive modelling, time-series forecasting, and structured analytics to support better decision-making across organic and paid media acquisition, retention, and revenue planning. I don’t see marketing and data as separate functions, but to me, they are the two sides of a single entity. If you’re dealing with challenges like: • Leads are dropping even though advertising spend is increasing • Not knowing which channel is actually driving revenue • Rising CAC with no clear optimisation path • Strong traffic but weak conversions • No reliable forecasting for revenue planning • Limited visibility into LTV or churn Then, we’re probably thinking about similar business problems. I enjoy building structured, data-led growth systems that help businesses move from reactive decisions to measurable, scalable strategies. That includes improving CAC and LTV performance, running meaningful A/B tests, strengthening customer attribution models, and aligning marketing investment with commercial KPIs. My experience spans SEO leadership, paid media strategy, CRO, and revenue analytics, supported by hands-on work in Python, SQL, Power BI, and machine learning workflows. But at the core, I’m someone who likes solving business problems - not just building ordinary reporting dashboards. Currently, I’m particularly interested in opportunities within Growth Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Intelligence, or Digital Performance leadership roles. So if you are truly trying to build something amazing and want someone who understands both commercial growth and the analytical depth behind it to be part of your journey. I’m always open to connecting.
