I combine my academic foundation towards building modern accessibility focused web applications. I specialise in the React.js ecosystem, utilising Hooks and State Management, thus bringing modern Frontend technologies to a team. My toolkit includes TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS/HTML, with additional exposure to Java, C#, PHP and Python. Beyond the classroom, I’ve delivered commercial-grade results as a freelance developer, from turning UI/UX in Figma into ready to be deployed responsive platforms using Netlify and Vercel. I have a track record of leading development teams for high-accuracy projects (like eGFR and Grade calculators). I thrive in Agile/Scrum environments and am a strong advocate for TDD, version control (Git/GitHub), and collaborative tools like Kanban and Mural. Through my time as a Software Tester, I understood to not just write code but, to properly understand it by thinking of edge cases, what is known and unknown. Then, I ensure it's performant, accessible, and thoroughly validated during the execution phase.
