Over the past 25+ years, I have led regional expansion, commercial transformation, and ecosystem development across MENA, Europe, and Asia. As Managing Director at Manilotti and Board Advisor at Alarabia Group, I have been deeply involved in building scalable business models, forming strategic partnerships, and designing go-to-market strategies across diverse sectors including retail, manufacturing, and digital commerce. What particularly connects me to Vaultt’s mission is my experience in building and scaling multi-sided ecosystems—from establishing distributor and partner networks across multiple countries to aligning supply (products, vendors, capabilities) with demand (markets, customers, channels). This mirrors the core challenge Vaultt is solving in the talent space: connecting the right capabilities with the right opportunities in a more intelligent and meaningful way. Additionally, my background in e-commerce platforms, omnichannel strategy, and cross-border operations—including scaling RicRac with 350% growth—has provided me with practical insight into marketplace dynamics, user acquisition, and platform scalability. I have also worked closely with private label programs, vendor ecosystems, and strategic partnerships, giving me a strong understanding of how to drive engagement and long-term value across stakeholders.
