I’m a junior software engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying full stack web applications. Recently, I worked as a web developer, building a full-stack inventory system using FastAPI and React that automated product and order workflows, simplifying manual processes and improving reliability. Alongside that, I’ve built several personal projects, including a photography sharing app using React Native and Django, where I implemented authentication, geospatial search, and robust data handling. I am currently working on a offline-first hiking journal application built with Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL. For the hiking journal, I designed synchronisation workflows using IndexedDB, client-generated UUIDs and idempotent APIs to ensure users could reliably create and edit content without an internet connection and sync processes work without conflict issues. Across both my work and personal projects, I've developed a strong focus on breaking complex systems down into clear components, collaborating with others and improving reliability by tracing and resolving issues across the full stack. My degree in Computer Science further strengthened my foundations in software engineering, databases and problem solving. I'm now looking for an opportunity to contribute to real-world products within a collaborative engineering team, where I can continue learning from experienced developers while taking ownership of meaningful technical challenges.
