Ashley Boag is a senior international enterprise executive with over 22 years of leadership across SaaS, AI, and enterprise technology. He has built and led complex multi-country businesses across EMEA, APJ, the Middle East, and Africa — combining deep financial rigour with hands-on commercial leadership in a way that is rare at this level of scale. Ashley speent 22 years at SAP in leadership popsitions and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and SVP International at UiPath, where he holds full accountability for a $734M ARR international region spanning EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Operating at Regional President scope, he leads execution governance, forecasting discipline, turnaround of underperforming markets, and CEO and board-level engagement across more than 20 countries. He acts as the principal operating interface between the global leadership team and the international field.
